Anisa Fejzo

Anisa holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English Language. She works in international school programs contributing to program planning and intercultural collaborations between her school and students around the world.

The focus of Anisa’s work is peace education, leadership, human rights, no hate speech, and environment. Anisa is a facilitator, trainer, youth leader, certified climate educator, and equity defender.

Her gift is providing face-to-face and online learning programs for global participants of varying experience levels.

“One of my favorite things to do is listen to music as it makes me forget about my issues for a moment, bringing me peace. My perfect day would start with music and end with music.” – Anisa.

Aleksandra Relić

My name is Aleksandra Relić, my pronouns are she and they.

I am an anthropology and pedagogy graduate with focus on intersex and transgender topics. In the picture is a zine that contains my text on a workshop I held at Transposium 2021. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Jens van der Duim

My name’s Jens, and I am 23 years old. I am non-binary and use They/Them as my pronouns!

I like to call myself a societal spider because I run along a web of different forms of activism through the Netherlands. I am currently a board member at the Jonge Klimaatbeweging, and will be coaching some of the amazing activists that are partaking in the activist academy this year! This brings together my love for activism and talking with people, so always feel welcome to reach out!

Yassine Chagh

My name is Yassine Chagh I am 20 years old, I go be He/They and I identify as a work-in-progress activist in the field of racial justice, LGBTQI+ rights, women’s leadership as well as in the field of social inclusion & reconciliation in divided communities!

I am currently an active volunteer at QUEER CYPRUS Association as a fundraising/universal relations teams’ representative. More than that I am a newly co-founder of a social initiative/mental health advocacy platform -BUBBLEOUTCYP- which IS A THING I guess I could’ve never been part of if there was no Activist Academy 2021 for ME ;)… so I am super excited to be part of this years’ AA as a mentor to share these pieces of me and also to regard and get inspired by the all awesome things that AA will help you flourish as individuals or groups… looking forward to working with some you… and thrilled to blossom all of those thoughts of yours!

Pradip Rana

My name is Pradip  Rana and I am 22 years old. I am a gay youth from Nepal and go by pronoun he/him. I am a feminist and LGBTIQ+ activist and have been working in the field since 2016. I was part of first LGBTIQ+ flashmob held in Nepal, have been working actively as a first grade healer of mental health, Community based mobilizer In LGBTIQ+ based NGO Blue Diamond Society (BDS), active volunteer of different platform such as Parichaya Samaj Nepal, UNICEF Nepal, Queer Youth Nepal.

I was a participant in Feminist Tech Exchange 2020 and 2021. Beside these, I am a student of Bachelors in Agriculture Science and am also actively working as an intern in Integrated Agriculture Lab Nepal. I am part of Green Ranger Earth, social media manager 2020 Hult Prize Nepal (HICAST). I was participant in Activist Academy 2020 and eagerly waiting to be a mentor this year.
